Pawstrata is made by two people, and this goes to both of us. There is no support desk behind it, so a reply takes days rather than minutes — but it is a person writing back, and every message gets read.

Your message and your email address are written down here and kept until we have answered you. That makes this the one thing on the site that is stored: nothing you type on Add your dog is kept at all, and Privacy says so in full. We do not use the address for anything but replying to you — there is no mailing list here to add it to.
